    Heavy set teller with black hair and lots of .makeup super rude, not my bank , was buying a vehicle from one of there customers trying to get a lien release, she was very uneducated about the process and kept making g false statements that I kept trying to explain facts to her then she gets on phone with someone and rolls her eyes at me and says I'll just tell him something to get hi. Out of here, while I'm standing in front of her. To which I responded your not gonna just get me out of here till this is resolved where's your manager, she very rudely said he is over there and .ade a few more rude comments, I made the comment all.banks are governed the same she replied well that's the problem we aren't a bank we are a credit union, wow can you get anymore uneducated, they are still bound by same legal platforms. Spent 2 hours in this bank for something that should.have taken 30 mins tips, dealing with a rude uneducated person who should have never been involved to begin with as she wasn't who I and the seller was doing all transactions with , after 2 hrs the .manager and his assistant resolved all issues to get lien handled, as the heavy teller is lea6she has 2 boxes of doughnuts and smiling as if she had won a trophy, may want to back off the doughnuts . Terrible experience with a bank I dont use and would not recommend to anyone I the area

    This credit union fails to verify legal documents with the account holder which leaves them susceptible to fraud. Of which, we were victims. Many of the staff members display a lack of training and initiative to find answers to problems.

    Came to buy a car, with a loan/ cashier check from the my bank, and they were not willing to accept the check, very stubborn. Took almost an hour to finally get them to get it through there head that they can accept a check. I wasn’t here to get the title just the bill of sale. Would not recommend this bank to anymore unless you like dealing with arrogant unknowable people
