- JVJack VanceJan 26, 20241.0I went by First Bsnk around noon today 1/26 to deposit a small amount of money and to discuss current CD rates. Yesterday I visited my primary bank,BOA in Monroe NC to also discuss current CD rates. I went to the teller's window and told her what I needed and she politely and professionally told me to have a seat and someone would help me. After about a 10 minute wait a young lady came out of an office and asked what she could do for me? I introduced myself with no response from her. As I sat down I asked her name and she seemingly reluctantly gave it to me. It quickly became apparent that she was too busy and after a couple of minutes of talking about rates she said that the rates were somewhere around 3.25. I asked her if she could print the product and rates for me and she said that they didn't do that, they just told people what they were. Very disappointing dealing with this kind of service and I won't be back for anything other than ATM use.
