She was very helpful, truly understood what I needed, and showed genuine interest in addressing my needs. Even though I am not currently a customer of the bank, she was extremely kind and welcoming.

Management is horrible, if you see mor then 8 people in line open up another teller booth or have the Management step up and help the teller, but no they turn a blind eye to the customer. If you're short staffed then shut the branch down.

- SPSamantha ParkerMay 19, 20233.0Waiting service needs work. Arrived at 4pm to open an account, got to me at 4:55 saying theres not enough time. At a restaurant if theres a wait list passed closing you still get seated and served. Why this doesn't apply to banks and offices is maddening.
