During a previous visit, a female employee assisted me, printed my statements on the spot, and was very kind, which is why I decided to return. Unfortunately, this time my experience was extremely negative. The gentleman who attended me outright refused to help and told me I needed to call by phone, even though I knew it wasn’t necessary. His behavior was completely inappropriate: he was rude, turned his back on me, and gestured with his hand for me to leave, refusing to provide assistance. This made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. It is unacceptable for a bank to allow employees with such unprofessional behavior to serve customers. To confirm that my request was valid, I later went to the New Orleans branch, where I asked for the same thing and was helped without any problem.
