    It been over 10 days and they have just to sent my bank card the lady on the phone i think her name Kelly lie on the phone and said the sent it off dec 7 while the other lady desiree i spoke to said they mail it out on the dec 10 i was at the bank dec 10 and the lady desiree say she order me a card i don't think she ever order me a bank card i got two different stories if they don't sent my card in 7 to 10 days i will close my account they are unprofessional

    I opened my account when this bank was still Tidelands some time in 2015. I had a very good experience with the Mt. Pleasant branch. In 2016 my husband and I moved to West Ashley, so I started using the location on Orleans Road. Dealing with this branch went from bad to worse and basically horrible. There is a general manager of course, but then there is only one person who is customer service and not a teller. He never got anything right whenever I needed something. Virtually every single time he helped me, nothing went right and it would take 2 or 3 exchanges before the service need was done correctly. This happened multiple times. Tidelands became United over the course of this past year and their favorite excuse is that they are "adjusting to the changes". Or they would simply blame everything on the back office. Today was the final straw. When I went in to complain about a change that I had requested several months back... but THE CHANGE WAS NEVER MADE INTO THE SYSTEM! I told that "United Bank was probably no longer the bank for me"... but WAY WORSE THAN THIS I WAS TOLD THAT THE PERSON WHOM I MET WITH TO MAKE THE CHANGE HAD REPORTED TO THE GENERAL MANAGER THAT I HAD NEVER COME INTO THE BANK TO REQUEST THAT CHANGE... the General Manager, Ashley, believed his story and not me... I AM DONE WITH THIS INCOMPETENT BRANCH AND BANK.... RUN FROM THIS BANK AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM...
