My experience with this Truist branch has been nothing short of wonderful. Almost everyone on the team greets you with a smile and warmth. Top notch service and knowledgeable staff. The people that are giving low stars because of a wait might want to avoid going in the late afternoon when I’ve noticed they do get a rush at this location.

Teller is chatting with customers about non banking concerns in drive through and ignoring customers , speaks rudely to customers , doesn’t follow procedures for check cashing verification .. there are two numbers to call , they call one and not the other thus wasting customers time … AI will soon eliminate these positions and then we may finally get some customer service rather than a tired over worked , under paid individual who can then finally find their rightful place at Food Lion where poor customer service is the norm …

Customer service is getting very slow at this bank. If you like to wait then this is your bank. On particular teller could care less if she waited on you or not. I don't find her to be as efficient other tellers. Another Day Oct 7th: I go into the bank today, just one teller, the one I don't care for, I spoke with a manager that was sitting in his office. I told him that I am noticing the service at this bank has become much slowing than what it has been in the past. He said. today's problem was everyone was out sick. You would think that he would become an acting teller when the time came for him to do so. I got tried of waiting so, I walked out. If a manager can't fill in when needed, they don't need to be in that position .
