Never had an issue at any other location and have blanked with bbt for a long time. This location was supposed to print me a sheet of checks which cost $4. They completed that task but rung it up in the system for a close out of account ..I guess because it costs the same and they were not paying attention. As a result, I had payments returned and return fees attached...😡 I have been calling the bank for the last 2 weeks and received some missed calls from a Matthew lock. I called today and he is out of office until dec 16th. This issue should get immediate attention because it's money out of my pocket due to an error on the banks part. Still awaiting a call back...Thanks.
