    If I could give it 0 stars I would. I would say racist towards black people but I will just say prejudice!! I went to make a wire transfer was told no not because I didn’t have the money but because they wouldn’t allow me. Ms Sondrel wasn’t very helpful either I will be filing a complaint with corporate.. I may just need to move all my money from Truist

    My debit card was STOLEN, and my entire account drained. Provisional credit?? NOPE. I had to go without money FOR FOUR MONTHS. Prior to this, I had a $300 charge for a product never received. SAME THING. Absolutely abhorrent service. Do not bank here, YOUR MONEY IS NOT SECURE.

    Customer service was poor. The banker had very little motivation to help me. I had to call the main Truist number on my phone so they could help the banker to help me.

    I am a Suntrust customer and holder of Several Accounts. Our Family Parked in the Parking Lot that Says "Parking For Suntrust Customers only, all others will be towed at owners expense." After hours to watch the Fireworks for July 4th. Came back to our car booted. As you can imagine we were Furious. But Paid to have the boot Removed. $50.00. Called to the Bank on the next business day to get this issue resolved. "We do not manage the parking lot here" is the answer we received. Its not about the $50.00 its about what was posted on the sign, and Suntrust not Taking care of the customers they have. Something needs to change. There are plenty of Banks out there to store your money in...
