- JWJessica WilsonDec 4, 20171.0Have had so many bad experiences here. It's unfortunate. I want to live this bank. Just waited 45 minutes to open a new account. Already have one checking and a mortgage here. Asked how much longer after 45 and she said 10 minutes. The lady I was waiting to meet with was showing pictures of kids on her phone to people and making no effort to meet with me or get done. Rude. Was planning to explore home equity line of credit with them as well, but they obviously don't want my business since I keep having the same experience.
