I was directed to come in after spending hours on the phone trying to resolve this. The manager (Sandy Darling) said she couldn’t help me because she was busy and told me to “enjoy my sit” and she’d make me leave at 5. Horrible service.

I went to the bank to get help with that & got helped by a very nice gentleman that now sits in the first office by the front door, sorry guy I’m terrible with names! (Almost thought it was Jason, but I remember that was the guy who left months back) Anyway he was a bit busy and still took a moment to help me he even went further then what I came into the branch for and we got all my banking issues taken care of!! I’ve been with FCB since I can remember! I appreciate you all!!
