- MHmatthew harndenMay 24, 20231.0I signed up on site for a new checking and savings account that promised a sign up promotion for both. Over a year later I have not seen either. I have spoke with their online support who pushes me to the store. I have gone in and talked to the manager in the phone. They told me the savings promotion that what they up sold me to was not part of it - even though I was told it was (very shady). The manager promised that he would get me the checking promotion within 48 hours and then crickets. Online support is worthless and so is the location. Do not trust any sign up bonus or any promises this bank says they will get you. EVERY bank offers something, but most actually give it to you.
