Never once did anyone smile or welcome people that came in thr door Saturday Nov.8th is when I was there. The young teller she was nit so friendly but she did go beyond the manager to try and help me the best she could.

Tracy, the manager came over after I asked for her. She defended Betzaira, and said "she's never been a problem" to try and diminish what I was saying when I'm trying to explain my experience. I will make sure to tell everyone to skip Wells Fargo!

I just watched them lock the door in a guys face with no care in the world and when the guy questioned it they walked away like he didn’t exist. Please go somewhere else.
