The managers have no ability to help its all run out North Carolina branches. So if you have a big problem you are screwed. None of the south carolina branches have the ability to make any decisions and there attitude is simply. We Don't care about the customer at all. It's up to the bosses sitting in the big office in Raleigh whether or not you get any help. Do yourself a favor and stay away from first bank. I cannot recommend them in good conscience to any one.
