- WDW. DrewNov 13, 20252.0Very bad experience that I had today at United community Bank in Boiling Springs. I’ve been taking an annuity check there every year since 2017 and I’ve never had them to put a hold on it or any way block me from getting the money I need it part of the money went in my savings part of it went into checking and part of it was gonna be back to me as cash. Not only did Ashley keep me standing there for about 15 minutes. She still did not give me the cash I needed. She had assistance from another teller to help look up the check, and apparently she did not do that. I am considering moving my money to another bank. Very unsatisfactory.
