The drive through teller is friendly. Jope you never have to get someone to help you otherwise. The corporate policies have taken simple customer service out of the branch. Go call a number, talk to a computer, you might have to wait 20 minutes to talk to someone to whom English is not their primary language. Oh, then you may have to go back to the bank to get something they couldn't give you until you spoke to the computer first. Bad corporate policies. Not customer focused.

Can't even open on time. Customers in line and tellers still counting their drawers. Go to the drive-thru; they open faster.

I hate going to this location! Lauren is rude and treats me differently than other customers. I had more than 2 bad experiences with her and all I needed to do was a deposit something easy and simple. Poor customer service
