The corporate policies have taken simple customer service out of the branch. Go call a number, talk to a computer, you might have to wait 20 minutes to talk to someone to whom English is not their primary language. Oh, then you may have to go back to the bank to get something they couldn't give you until you spoke to the computer first. Bad corporate policies. Not customer focused.
