- RRRachel RhinehartNov 22, 20251.0The only teller that I have ever dealt with is Wendy and she is absolutely the best thing that thing has going for them. They should make her the Branch manager because she is a customer service person that is very kind and sweet. I can’t give her enough praise to do her justice. That’s just how good she is. The new branch manager Ryan, they need to send him for some customer service training because in my opinion he’s in the wrong business. When you can’t treat a customer with respect and give them a few minutes of your when they ask to speak to you after you had already been rude on the phone. He should have apologized for being rude but no he plainly told me he didn’t have time to talk to me. We were at the door and because I didn’t leave just when he wanted me to be a o trying to him to give me a few minutes to talk to him I was told if I didn’t leave he would call and have me locked up. Carmelo also needs some more customer service training to treat the customer right and not side with that rude new manager. The only thing I like about that bank is Wendy!

I called back answered their questions and still no help. Stay away from this bank. It changes owners every other year and is a joke. I will be finding another bank.
