And their corporate offices have tried to shift responsibility to me rather than acknowledge the lack of training for their staff to do wires. Also, they repeatedly assured me they would correct the situation, and instead have tried to make it my fault. I have moved all my business to another bank And highly recommend "buyer beware" , they are not "community" .
