    Fee after fee after fee. They need countless forms of ID to cash a check that the customer pays to you, then they take money out of your check on the payee as some sort of arbitrary "fee". Going to have to start charging my customers this fee now to cover it. Ridiculous

    I went to TD bank today to try and cash my check “a check a cash the same amount almost every month” and I told the lady if there is going to be a hold on this check give it back to me and I’ll take it to my other bank, she says ok and proceeds to put the check into my account with a hold on it. Needed the money now and my other bank would’ve had no problems cashing my check or putting the full amount in my account.

    Es el mejor servicio que he tenido en mi vida. Comenzando mi recorrido con Carlos, nos dio (a mi y a mi hermana) una muy cordial y cálida bienvenida. Después de atendernos y asesorarnos bien en todo, nos transfirió con Kevin. Kevin es un joven muy chévere y nos ayudó mucho. Comenzó hablándonos Inglés y al percatarse de que no hablamos bien el idioma, nos habló en Español. Me ayudó con mi necesidad financiera desde el principio al final, todo muy paciente y educadamente. Sus mídales te hacen sentir que estás en casa. Verdaderamente amo visitar este banco. Gracias, Carlos y Kevin por la grata atención. Son los mejores!
