- KMKellie McCannAug 10, 20241.0I want to move my funds to another provider. Requests have been made. This office keeps stalling the process and rejecting the funds transfer. I am also not satisfied with the service as its been minimal to none over the years. I set my account up with Danielle as I knew her and she was local. Then at one point, my account was transferred to some other woman in another state. Why? Then that woman disappeared...then onto another woman in another state. Not even a phone call to advise me of the changes. All I want is to transfer my funds. I've filled out paperwork with the Life Insurance company. They have started the process. This keeps going on for months. Would be fantastic if someone would reach out by PHONE and take the time to assist. Apparently you do not need me as a client as you transferred my business as is. The company I would like to transfer to stated that 'Edward Jones is very difficult. They stall. The longer they stall they receive more fees. ' Would love to transfer all my money now, I know its not much to you, but I want nothing to do with EJ after this.
