    Not one to post reviews unless I feel they are warranted. I had a very pleasant customer service encounter with Meagan. Initially I had a question regarding when a credit card payment would post to my account. She properly verified me and answered all my concerns with knowledge and courtesy. It was a refreshing experience.

    Walked in to open a quick savings account with over an hour left until close. Said I would wait but the employees clearly just wanted to go home so I was told it wouldn’t be worth their time. Walked into sharonview and opened and walked out 100% happier. Thanks for turning my money away, wouldn’t want to deal with those tellers ever again!

    no phone # for the Bluffton branch so you must call the main number and give your life history and THEY will help you. ? how is that getting to know the LOCAL customers ? I want to talk to the people I deal with. I do not understand .
