- ABAbi BJun 21, 20245.0I got lost on my way to NC and Michelle Rayfield and her colleague kindly printed paper directions for me! It wasn’t a banking service but they went out of their way to help a person in need! Really appreciate them and Wells Fargo where I do bank!!
- LJLinda JonesJan 2, 20241.0First visit was told they couldn't close an IRA CD there that was opened online. Back home I spent 20 min. on phone finding out they could! Had a confirmed appt to go back to the bank to resolve the issue. Banker made me wait until long after my appointment time!!! She took walk ins AFTER my appt time BEFORE she saw me. Frustrating phone time plus waiting past my appt time - and did so to correct her initial error!!!
