    One of the bankers I forgot her name was extremely emotional when I walked in bc the other bankers left and she had to deal with everyone there on her own. I came in to open a new debit account. She told me she had no accounts without fees and I got up and told Her I’m good I’ll find another bank. She asked me to sit back down and said we can do paperless statements and then it will be free. I said oh yes of course I only use the app anyways I don’t look at paper anything. So she signed me up, was extremely rude the entire time. I come to find out she actually signed me up for paper statements bc she was pissed off and wanted me to have to battle all these 5$ fees I keep getting for paper statements I clearly said I did not need nor want. I’ll be in to speak to a manager about this. I opened the account in January I think and I know who you are and trust me this isn’t cool you need a reality check. Such a rude person sat there so pompous and mean I should have just left pathetic excuse for a professional or a grown up.

    My new account was set up promptly as we waited, but later I see that even though my drivers license was used for identity, they mixed up the order of my first middle and last names. Their call center said I have to drive in personally to fix it. I hope I don't get charged for the corrected checks order...
