- JCJodi CMar 8, 20241.0We had been banking with First Citizens Beaufort for years until they started nickel-and-diming us. We kept a business account open with them so we could have a convenient location to make change for our retail store. They now charge local merchants ridiculous fees if they come in to make change for their stores. Shame on them.

- LLLaylaNov 26, 20215.0The ladies on the teller line have all been at this branch for more than 18 years, they know everyone and are a pleasure to work with and talk to. Management is fair and honest, friendly, and works hard to take care of customers. This is a great branch! I've been a happy customer for more than 10 years and was a happy employee for five. I miss everyone here and wish that I had a branch like this to go to in my new hometown.

I was told repeatedly that it would be a "soft touch" on my credit and not a hard pull. They lied. They also make you feel like you are a burden or you are an inconvenience to them if you have ANY questions at all, and this is the MANAGEMENT that I'm talking about. I would have given 0 stars if I could and honestly the ONLY good thing about this bank is the tellers. Those ladies deserve ALL the credit because they are the only ones that treat anyone with any decency and respect.
