  Two separate tellers at this bank on the same occasion yelled through the whole bank my family's confidential financial transactions. From what I understand, this is wholly illegal. My parents have used this bank since long before it changed its name from mcas credit to cpm. My father cant get out of bed, and the hospital told us we need to prepare for the worst for my mother. Even in her current condition, my mother was able to transfer their money to a card for my father to continue having care taken of him. But this bank somehow decided freezing her card was the right course of action. They can ask 73 questions to "verify identity" but cant ship a debit card to your door requiring a signature? I know bogus stuff when I smell it. Do yourself a favor and get a different bank. P.S. I've contacted their "contactus" address, and I've went down to the bank. The bank claims charges that occur regularly on the account are "fraudulent" now, but only after they were informed my mother is most likely on her death bed. Imagine having the bank that is saying everything but "we are stealing your father's money" outright laughing in your face after they accuse you of stealing from your dying mother because her husband wanted sonic. Which the rude woman decided to tell the entire bank the confidential purchases my family made during this time. I'm not certain the legality of this one. But it surely isnt right to try to shame someone for buying their father sonic with his own money in front of an entire bank. The concern they are showing in public is wholly fabricated. The bank doesnt get to decide where you spend your money. You do. The only fraud that has happened has taken place on part of the bank. Like I said before, get yourself a different bank. If this is how they treat American heroes whom were sent into the jungle without a weapon, but still went, how will they treat you? This is america.

  Nicole Mingledorff at Cpm federal credit union on trask parkway was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and was able to help me out with all of my financial needs. Highly recommend and look forward to building a banking relationship with this branch.

  I live out of state. I have an elderly parent who is diagnosed with dementia. She banks with CPM. I fly to Beaufort every month to visit and see to her affairs. After multiple attempts from online predators, I had to make drastic changes to ensure she was protected from the numerous attacks and attempts to defraud her. Khalia was a Major factor in assisting me. She was accommodating in helping me to secure funds. She went above, and we'll beyond what an employee in this day and age offers. She was patient, understanding, informative, and took immediate action to protect her from hackers. Having an elderly parent who still likes to play with her phone is quite scary, as they are targets for online predators. It brought tears to my eyes, to feel the care from someone who felt compelled to not let us leave until we were not just satisfied, but elated. God Bless her! I would nominate her for Employee of the year, but it's not fair to the other employees who were also present, and we're also concerned about our situation. The ENTIRE STAFF WAS AWESOME!
