After multiple attempts from online predators, I had to make drastic changes to ensure she was protected from the numerous attacks and attempts to defraud her. Khalia was a Major factor in assisting me. She was accommodating in helping me to secure funds. She went above, and we'll beyond what an employee in this day and age offers. She was patient, understanding, informative, and took immediate action to protect her from hackers. Having an elderly parent who still likes to play with her phone is quite scary, as they are targets for online predators. It brought tears to my eyes, to feel the care from someone who felt compelled to not let us leave until we were not just satisfied, but elated. God Bless her! I would nominate her for Employee of the year, but it's not fair to the other employees who were also present, and we're also concerned about our situation. The ENTIRE STAFF WAS AWESOME!
