- TDTracy DenbyDec 30, 20251.0So. My sister and I came into the branch to take me off an account. Pleasant lady helped us I thought. Well. We have several accounts. She says one account we say no. .it's this account. Told her twice. Well come today. I go to my online banking and she took me off the wrong account. I go back in person. She says that she didn't make a mistake. I reminder her she did bc we told u twice. I asked questions if my sister which is now out of state, Back at home. No it has to be done in person. Then she says would u like to file a complaint. Really. Nothing like good old Customer service. I'm a great longtime Customer of 39 years and this is how my local branch treats us. It's a very very rural location. Update...I've talked to the branch manager and we are working through the issue.

They let the tellers treat customers the way they want, sometimes showing partiality. It's ok if you wait or I will treat this customer better than the next one in line or walk away from you. No this isn't right.
