- MBMelissa BoodleOct 9, 20255.0I had the best banking experience when I tried to payoff my vehicle. Due to my work schedule it is hard to run by the bank so I was hoping to pay it off online. However, that was not an option but I reached out to Ms Lindsey Wallace from the Aynor branch who was very polite and helpful. Ms Lindsey was able to have Ms Brooke Staples from the call center call me back immediately. Within minutes of talking to Ms Brooke I was able to pay off my car loan over the phone with no problem. This was the best customer service experience I have ever had with a bank.
