- MBMelissa BoodleOct 9, 20255.0I had the best banking experience when I tried to payoff my vehicle. Due to my work schedule it is hard to run by the bank so I was hoping to pay it off online. However, that was not an option but I reached out to Ms Lindsey Wallace from the Aynor branch who was very polite and helpful. Ms Lindsey was able to have Ms Brooke Staples from the call center call me back immediately. Within minutes of talking to Ms Brooke I was able to pay off my car loan over the phone with no problem. This was the best customer service experience I have ever had with a bank.

I once lived in aynor and open my accounts with Brooke turbeville (well simply because she is the best!) and I feel in love with the whole bank in general. I moved away and switched banks for a short time and let’s put it this way. I might live 30 mins from this branch and bank but I moved all my accounts back because they are that dang good. Between Brooke and Cassidy Hastings they are the 1-2 punch to get all my needs taken care of (and i’m a needy one). So long story short if you need to open an account talk with Brooke. And if you need funding there is no one better to talk to then Cassie They are so good I talked my business partner and his business part to move over as well That is how much I believe in Cassie and Brooke and the whole team at the aynor branch.
