- MPMike PhilyawSep 24, 20251.0I have been with Wells Fargo 44 years.. I have multiple accounts.. I went into the Anderson Clemson Blvd branch today and received the worst customer service. I was trying to get someone to look at my accounts and advise me on the best was to transfer or add and additional business account. I was told to wait. 35 minutes later I was approached and asked what i was there for, when I tried to explain, I was told she had someone that had an appointment coming in in 20 minutes so she couldn't help me.. I was then told another employee was finishing up and they would speak to me.. 15 minutes later, I got up and left! They watched me go with a who cares look on their face! This experience was very dissappointing! I guess Wells Fargo has more business than they need or maybe they just don't want mine!

I relied on them as I dealt with a family member's death and subsequent financial and estate issues that concerned the accounts with WF. Despite my ongoing ignorance and challenges, they were always ready and willing to spend as much time as needed to accomplish the many tasks at hand. I will always be grateful to Alison M and Susan S for their professional, patient, and knowledgeable assistance. They are, to me, my go-to home town bankers. I thank them for their help.
