- MSMark sterNov 15, 20181.0Absolute worse bank in Anderson, SC (along with Clemson branch). They treat you like dirt and refuse to count back cash to you. Today, I was told that would not give me a $100 because they only give them to their customers. I have no problem with $20's but was apauled by the policy! Wow, thats alpauling. They set a new level of poor customer service everytime I go their. Needless to say, I only cash checks and will never use their service!

On the internet, on the phone, iPad, pc, or the ATM. There are so many options for the customers. If you're the customer that likes hands on banking face to face with a person you can do that too. In other words the employees are helpful but if you need other options for banking or choose to bank other ways you have that option. They offer checking and savings accounts. They offer loans, stocks and bonds or Cds. If you need coin change or need to get rid of some the bank does that too. There are plenty of locations to choose from.
