- CAcurtis amesMar 20, 20221.0went in to meet Kaitlin Hall Tuesday3/15/22 after confirming the appointment Friday before, she was in a meeting so she came out asked to keep my w2s and bank info,I should've never did that.,called her Wednesday and she told me they couldn't,t approve my loan and I asked her I,d pick up my w2s,and she said she would mail them by fedx,called Friday after not receiving them and she said she mailed them, still haven't received them Friday or Saturday,bad customer service and terrible professionalism is so common with people in banking when you don't have a lot of money, but there will be a judgement day when people will have to stand before JESUS and be accountable.
