- TTToni ThompsonMar 10, 20201.0I recently called regarding a check that I received from a client at this bank to discern if the check is legitimate, but did not receive the adequate and proper help needed. The agent I spoke with was not patient and wanted to rush me off of the phone. She spoke really rudely but I continued to be respectful. Hopefully she can learn from this experience. I would advise to not call this bank, go there in person. Thank you.
