- DDDeborahOct 29, 20252.0My elderly sister and I had an appointment with an advisor at this branch on Monday. This Appointment was about the end of life procedures that the bank would require. Although we were 15 minutes late because of my sister‘s mobility issues, we still had to wait at least 15 or more minutes before our advisor appeared. Her manner was not what we would expect of somebody dealing with such an elderly client over a very sensitive matter -something that the advisor might deal with on a regular basis, but was completely new to us. She initially appeared abrupt and impatient until this was pointed out to her. As my sister has been a long time client of this bank, I would’ve thought she would’ve been treated with more respect and understanding.
