    I highly recommend Ms Bipasha Saha for personal financial services. She took the time to explain the differences between different types of accounts and funds, and what the projections could look like depending on various choices I made. As someone with limited investment literacy, I really appreciate that she explained it in a way that made sure I understood the impacts of my decisions. Very friendly team and very happy with the service I received!

    The tellers are nice here. It’s slow at times because it’s 2 people. Still it’s a nice TD. Clean and modern. Hope they make it good for customers and for those who are honest and loyal. God Bless you all. In God we Trust 🙏 Repent and believe. Christ is King.👑 John 3:16 ✝️

    The withdrawal machines are closed only open branch hours... What a joke... Another Mickey Mouse superior who doesn't know what to do with his time and decisions.... Humans are losing the battle!!!! Wow!

    I’ve always had great experiences at this branch. Today, I tried to deposit some checks for my business and had a really negative experience. The teller could not have been less courteous. When I inquired about reducing the hold on the checks because they were coming from a client who had already paid me several times, I was condescendingly told that “ no checks had ever been deposited in this account.” Which is simply not true. When I started reading out the dates and amounts of checks that had been deposited, the teller made no effort to acknowledge their mistake. They declined to waive the hold, which I understand is protocol sometimes and in-and-of itself is no big deal, I inquired out of curiosity why that was the case because I had previously had had much larger checks cleared immediately. I was then condescendingly told “ummmm that’s not possible” which again, was not true and seemed incredibly rude. When I listed the transactions and dates, again the teller did not apologize or make any acknowledgement for their mistake. What a crummy way to treat your customers .
