- HWHong WangDec 12, 20253.0I visited this branch twice. My 3-star rating reflects an average of two very different experiences: I would give 1 star for my first visit and 5 stars for my second. During my first visit, the young woman at the front desk wasn’t able to answer my questions and had to repeatedly ask her colleagues and manager for help, which made the experience quite frustrating. However, my second visit was excellent. Nelson and his manager, Sabrina, provided clear answers and were very efficient. I highly recommend both Nelson and Sabrina.

A 10:07, la personne responsable que je devait rencontrer n' était pas au bureau de la succursale de l'ile des Soeur et n'avait même pas signalé son absence. j'ai donc quitté cette succursale. Service innacceptable... et manque total de respect!

I know I can but I want to do in person since it wasn’t a small deposit. Why would you give your clients attitude when they’re being nice and asking for a service that you already should be providing? Just careless!
