From an approved credit card application in October to a complete lack of communication and closure without notice, this has been the worst service I've encountered from any bank.

I know I can but I want to do in person since it wasn’t a small deposit. Why would you give your clients attitude when they’re being nice and asking for a service that you already should be providing? Just careless!
