- MMMIKASep 6, 20255.0All the staff I met here on the day were very kind. I live in Japan and my account was frozen. and I came from Japan because I was told by the phone desk that the only way to solve this troble was to go to Canada myself. actually I went to another branch the day before, but it didn't work, so I tryed to came to this branch. The male staff who was in charge was knowledgeable and helped me using various techniques. Thanks to him, I was able to restore my account. at the time, I cried because I reliefed and be happy! because I was worried about what to do if I didn't solve it even if I came to Canada..! and he asked about why I hold 4 passport with me (actually they are my kids one), I felt it was important to doubt anything as a bank man, and I can more trust this branch! He answered all my questions politely and provided a plan that suited me. From now on, I can continue to use TD Bank with peace of mind and convenience. Thank you for thinking from the customer's point of view and providing the best service!
