  Service terrible de la part de la femme au cheveux long brun/noir à l'acceuil. Ne devrait pas être en contact avec la clientèle. Elle a un serieux problème d'attitude. Date de la visite 2025-12-12 à 16h01 exactement.

  Very disappointing experience — I’ve never encountered such poor service at a bank. It felt like the staff were not properly trained or supervised. I went in to deposit cash into my account. The teller took the money without counting it in front of me and walked away to check it with a marker. In other branches, they always count the cash openly and verify everything in front of the customer — as they should. When I received my receipt, I noticed my balance was much lower than expected. After I asked for clarification, the teller admitted that he had withdrawn the money from my account instead of depositing it. What a frustrating moment. The situation became even more concerning when the supervisor got involved. She attempted to issue me a handwritten receipt because their system was down. I refused to leave until I received an official receipt from their system. Overall, this experience was stressful, frustrating, and completely unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this branch if possible.
