  Actually the worst bank on earth Every single staff member at TD needs to hang your head in shame The first massive problem is non of the call centre staff speak good any language of Canada. And all come from a country that only wants to argue with you and has absolutely no customer service care Then there is the absolute incompetence. My account keeps getting blocked for insane reasons. My whole account was blocked because I received a payment from my company which is actually on record with TD because they required it. I keep getting my card blocked because I overpay. I overpay because the system is so slow to update and if I exceed 50% I get a credit rating hit. I get blocked when I try to send money overseas which I am sending to cover my international card because my TD cards keep getting blocked. I even got blocked because I used a TD atm. I actually took credit rating hits because it took me three months to send money overseas and my international card went into default. It’s insane that I had tens of thousands of dollars in a bank account and I couldn’t buy food because of the incompetency if this bank But don’t worry Call the call centre get told to go to a branch Go to a branch get told to call the call centre No one at this bank actually works. They make excuses and argue. Now Canadians don’t know good service. It’s bad here which is why so many foreigners complain. But this bank is so bad that people that don’t know do understand this is a bad bank. I have never seen such poor reviews for anything. And TD bank after TD bank has extremely poor reviews Your government needs to step up and shut this nonsense down
