I called multiple times and was told every time that my card wasn’t there. When I contacted TD Head Office, they confirmed it HAD been shipped and should be at the branch. I went in person and after 30 minutes of searching, they finally found it. On the envelope they even wrote that they “called me,” which was a complete lie – I never received a single call, and I even showed them my call history. And the exact same thing happened again with my mother’s card. Ordered it a month ago, called several times, always told “no, it’s not here.” Head Office said it was delivered. Turns out it was sitting there for over 10 days, and once again they lied saying they had called us. I’m honestly fed up. If the staff can’t handle basic responsibilities like receiving cards and notifying customers — without lying — they shouldn’t be in these positions. This branch seriously needs better management and accountability.
