  If you're thinking of opening an account with TD, let this be the sign that you don't. Customer service is beyond horrible. Called for hours and no one responds and when they do respond it's just incompetence at its finest. Oh and when they tell you about a 400$ bonus, it's all a LIE. I was promised a 400$ bonus and never received it. I even called multiple times and even the SUPERVISOR ( with attitude ) and many other employees confirmed that I did the right steps and should receive it. Today, I called customer service and the man told me that I wont be getting it because one of the steps didn't count. I felt nothing but stress and was deeply unsatisfied with my experience. I will be removing all my money and closing my account and I advise anyone who has a TD account to do the same. If I leave my money with your business, I should be treated well and not feel like trash. TD here's a little advice for you: with the 400$ bonus that you keep scamming people with, maybe instead of putting it in your pocket, pay for better training for your incompetent employees.

  Très mauvais service à la clientèle. Quand je dépose un chèque en euros dans d'autres succursales il n'y a jamais de problème mais celle-ci veut me geler les fonds. Les employés n'ont pas l'air de savoir ce qu'il font. Je ne retourne plus ici !
