Pas de suivi pour juste changer un forfait, pas de conseil, si tu paie trop cher ou tu fait beaucoup de transaction, ils vont pas te conseillé pour que tu modifie ton forfait, on gros c'est la seule facon que j'ai trouvé pour qu'il m'appel, malgré que je suis client depuis longtemps !
