Pourtant vous avez augmenté les frais pour les forfaits mensuels et vous avez aussi augmenté le montant d'argent que l'on doit avoir dans le compte afin d'éviter ces fameux frais. Dommage car vous vous distinguiez comme banque.

Depuis 5 mois je galaire pour récupérer mon argent de plus de 4500 $ qui a été transféré à un marchand sans mon autorisation.on me balance d un service à un autre et en envoi la balle. Le directeur de succursale me propose un crédit pour remedier à son erreur .ensuite on me propose 1000 $ comme geste commercial. Aujourd'hui le marchand ne peut pas remettre l' argent débiter car td a refusé le transfert .je doit attendre encore 30 jours pour recevoir un chèque. J attend de récupérer mon argent et je vais quitter tout les services td j ai plus confiance .
