The paperwork has gone up while the number and quality of staff (over 1/3 of whom appear to change every two or three months) has gone down considerably and opening hours, which used to be TD's big advantage, have been reduced to the same level as the Pointe-Claire branches of other major banks.

As I usually pass in the morning before work to take advantage of their early hours, they have failed. I have bills to pay, and have no choice but to pass first thing in the morning, and 3 Thursdays they have opened late causing stress and headaches. I am done with this bank.
