- MBM. F. B.Oct 4, 20251.0The waiting time in this branch is insane. Even when there's a small line ahead of you, there will always take very long to serve every single costumer. And they know that well, they're always looking with hidden eyes in the direction of the the long waiting nervous costumers, but they have no regards. They are not doing anything to solve that critical issue. There's always a few empty desks where they can add more representatives to serve the costumers but they don't. Some ppl told me that this bank is officially a training center where they're training their new workers, and then they're going out and getting replaced with new non experience workers. This is obvious that they are always hiring new workers, but this is mind boggling to officially use a busy branch location to hire new workers and making such an hard time for the local community. Stop encouraging us to use online banking when you're constantly making problems issues and we must go into the branch to solve it, and then you're treating us with no regards.

I waited patiently for over 25 minutes, just to submit my 2 IDs after opening an account online. When my turn finally came, the lady who was helping others kindly and patiently suddenly said, “I don’t have time.” I felt disrespected and ignored. It was clear that others were treated warmly, while I was brushed off as if I didn’t matter. If you don’t have time for customers, don’t keep them waiting like this. This kind of selective behaviour is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I came in as a new customer, and this experience already makes me regret choosing this bank. 👎 However, there was one gentleman at the branch who was really polite and gentle — I appreciate his professionalism. Be humble please 🙏
