- PSPoppy SeedDec 13, 20251.0Joined TD because they advertised extended banking hours, with branches open on Saturdays and until 8pm during the week. TD has now reduced their weekday branch hours to 9-6 (when they open on time, which is never), this branch no longer opens on Saturdays, and ATMs aren't accessible outside of branch hours. Completely ridiculous refusal to provide basic banking services, yet when I asked for a solution Anastasia laughed in my face! Her suggestion was that I travel across town to make a deposit somewhere in Cote des Neiges... As asinine as the state of this branch.

En ce qui me concerne j'ai toujours été frappé par la gentillesse, courtoisie et professionnalisme du personnel. Et je comprends parfaitement le fait que les guichets automatiques à l'intérieur ne soient pas accessibles après l'heure de fermeture. Les conditions d'itinerance et de toxicomanie dans le quartier ne le permettent plus: l'endroit se convertissant systématiquement en un refuge et en "piquerie", rendant l'endroit insalubre et dangereux.

Il a été voir sa superviseur et il n'avait pas la même information les deux. Après 3 semaines d'attentes. ils ont finalement ouvert le compte de succession. Merci d'avoir eu une ouverture d'esprit . Merci à Marouane et à son Directeur.
