    I been trying to renew my HELOC for over 4 weeks now. First I spoke to Ali who connected me to a mortgage specialist, she called me, explained the details, told me she would get back to me. 2 weeks goes by and nothing happens. I call back , get Ali again , he tells me we first need to clear your payment from last month and then we can send you documents to sign, gives me the rate and all. Great, let's do it. Another 2 weeks passes by, no calls, no emails Nada... I call on Wednesday, speak to Sammie, tell him Ali never reached me. Sammi tells me that he will call me back on Thursday ( August 28th) with an update. We are Friday August 29th and no one has reached me.... If they don't want to renew my HELOc for whatever reason, I'll gladly take my HELOC to another bank, no need to run after them...

    Toujours très long avec des incompétents qui ne savent pas compter. Client depuis toujours on fait comme si on ne me connaît pas si vous voulez vous sentir comme un numéro vous êtes à la bonne endroit!

    I just moved back to Montreal after 13 years abroad and decided it was time for a change from my previous banks (BMO and Scotiabank). I opened both a chequing account and credit card with TD in Griffintown, and the experience was seamless. Athena was incredibly helpful. She guided me through the entire process and made sure everything was set up properly. Great customer service and a smooth onboarding overall. Highly recommend this branch if you're new to the city or just looking to switch!

    I had a call scheduled with an advisor at this branch to setup a GIC I waited in the webEx call for over 20 minutes, the guy never joined so I left and tried phoning thier extension incase they were having trouble connecting to the webEx call. No response and I was prompted to leave a voice message. 3 minutes later, I get TWO calls back and each time they hangup as soon as I say "Hello" I understand people can get busy and might be late joining calls or need to reschedule. -- That's totally okay But calling my number twice and hanging up on me as soon as I respond is unprofessional and childish
