Tung van Tran is such a pleasure to work with, I wish I needed mortgage assistance more than once every 5 years. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and did it all with a smile on his face. I highly recommend Tung to anyone who is looking for a mortgage

I called before going to confirm if it was possible, and the agent informed me that it was, but I needed to visit the branch. I assumed I would visit the same branch, but after spending half an hour in traffic, I finally arrived and the teller informed me that it was not possible the same day; I had to come tomorrow. I explained that I had already called and confirmed, but he said agent had not given me the correct information. I returned and decided to check with my local branch, and they canceled the draft immediately. TD needs to provide training to its staff. If one branch is capable of completing tasks efficiently, others should also be able to do so.
