Je fais la queue, je tombe sur Lylia, j’explique mais situation, elle me prend en charge avec bienveillance et le résous automatiquement. Ma satisfaction est totale 👌🏾

Always a huge lineup because there is never enough staff working. And the machines at the front most of the time are out of service. The only good point is the staff is very friendly. Please hire more people. It’s not normal to wait 30 minutes to simply deposit money.
