The staff acts like you’re trying to fraud your own account. The biggest problem with TD is you’ll never get the same service based on the branch you go.

- RPR PaJul 7, 20251.0The employee's are very good but the MANAGER OF THE BANK IS VERY RUDE AND ILL-MANNERED. On 04th july 2025 I forgot the phone near the teller machine and realized after 20min so I returned back and the phone was gone. I saw one employee and explained to her the problem. She kindly replied that I had to wait until the bank opened. The manager saw her with me and came there. He said to her " YOU ARE IN DANGER'' she said "no she just lost the phone. He aggressively said they cannot help. I said please take my contact number if someone returns it. HE REPLIED NO AND I DON'T WANT YOU NEAR THIS AREA. I waited outside in the car for an hour and half. He saw me and was unhappy, i told the cashier I wanted to block the account so no one would hack it. There was an unknown person there too. He used his phone to see if it was dropped in the parking lot somewhere. Finally the person was so generous to return the phone back. Thanks to him/her. It was not very important but family photo's especially my mom's photo (memory) , were there. Her blessing will always be with me even photos aren't with me. One suggestion never TRUST THE RUDE BANK MANAGERS THAT THEY CAN HELP US EVEN WE INVEST MILLIONS IN THEIR BANK. I THINK BANK SHOULD TEACH RUDE MANAGERS SOME LESSON. IF THE PERSON IS NOT AGGRESSIVE THEY HAVE TO SPEAK GENTLY. MY BAD I AM THE CLIENT OF TD FROM 35 YEARS. This incident happened in TD bank near de la savane metro : 8200 Decarie Blvd, Montreal, Quebec H4P 2P5.

- RIRajievan IyaduraiJan 10, 20255.0Best branch in MTL. Customer service is on point and can’t be matched by any of the big 5 banks and trust me when I say I been to them all. Even if there’s a lineup, they’re quick to serve you and the wait time is very minimal. Keep up the good work!
