Also I don’t understand why the atms are closed as early as 6pm and on weekends, it’s not like the bank needs to pay them overtime…

La personne au guichet s'est excusée mais n'a pas pu scheduler un autre rendez vous, c'est à moi de le faire. Allez plutôt à une autre succursale.

The receptionists are consistently dismissive, and disrespectful toward customers. Even after complaining to the manager, nothing changed. I had to close my safety deposit box because the staff here clearly do not care about providing service. Absolutely unacceptable.
