- GSG StP5 days ago1.0Je suis avec TD depuis plus de 20 ans et j'avoue que le service s'est fortement degrade ces dernières années. Malheureusement j'ai fait affaire dernièrement avec une Spécialiste qui ne connait pas très bien tous les produits.. J'ai du la corriger sur des informations erronées qu'elle m'avait transmise. Après verification elle s'est excuse cependant gare aux clients qui n'ont pas beaucoup d'experience soyez vigilant ou adresser vous ailleurs. Processus qui a nécessite 2 rencontres alors qu'a mon avis une seule aurait été suffisante possiblement du a son manque d'experience sans compter un suivi promis qui n'a jamais eu lieu. TD nous envoie fréquemment des sondages pour connaitre notre opinion sur des changements possibles pour améliorer. Malgré des demandes répétitives il n'y a rien qui change pour nous faciliter la tache comme client. Sincèrement je considère transferer mes actifs chez une institution qui ont une approche axée sur les clients.
