He answered all my questions and guided me through the decision-making process. Even though I mentioned wanting to consult with another bank before deciding, he remained humble and supportive. For my scheduled appointment, Marla assisted me. She was amazing! You wouldn't believe how many questions I asked, yet she answered each one patiently and helped me make the right decision. I am truly happy with my experience at TD Bank and highly recommend them for their excellent customer service.

He made me open first home buyer accounts at the end of February instead of RRSP and he Said I will receive letter for my 2023 yr tax end of March from bank . I called him several time for the letter he asked me to wait . I went to the bank today and another advisor Said that was wrong information and that will be for next yr tax . I do not understand why they do not train them properly. 😕 . Better to do ur work online rather going to this place . Disappointed 😞
